Villa 31 - Villa Jamaxi

Our 3 bedroom townhouse is like a home from home, it has a fully equipped kitchen, including Cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cooking utensils, deluxe fridge/freezer with auto icemaker.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 (US)Queen size bed, 1 (US) Full Double bed a twin room and a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people. There are plenty of bathrooms, 1 en-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with a shower and toilet, the main upstairs bathroom with bath/shower over and a toilet downstairs. There is a utility room which houses the washing machine and dryer, hoover, iron and ironing board. The living room is a large family area with a dining table, double sofabed, TV, DVD & VCR, patio doors to rear and 8 man hot tub. All linens and towels are included with extra sets in the laundry cupboard.

Our house is situated in a secure gated community suitable for children. The house also offers the following Facilities:

The 3 nearest airports are Orlando Airport which is approximately 30 minutes away, Sanford Airport approximately 50 minutes away and Tampa airport which is approximately 60 minutes away, car hire is recommended.

Our Townhouse is approximately 5 minutes away from Highway 192, banks, shops, restaurants, shopping malls, Wal-mart and Publix supermarket. There is a wide range of leisure activities while staying at the resort, these include a video arcade/games room, fitness room, sauna, spa offering massage, facials etc, sunning deck, pool side tiki bar, volleyball court, basketball half court, children's play area, croquet/bocca lawn (coming soon), lakeside walk, and a fish stocked lake that you are welcome to fish in.
